1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SuperParent ("we", "us") governing your use of the SuperParent mobile application and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use SuperParent.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use SuperParent. The app is made for parents and caregivers; children may not hold accounts.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your contact details up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@superparent.krd if you suspect unauthorized use.
- One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
3. Shop, orders & cash on delivery
- All shop orders are paid by cash on delivery (COD) — you pay the courier in cash when the order arrives. SuperParent does not process online payments.
- Prices are shown in Iraqi dinar (IQD) and include the product price; any delivery fee is shown before you confirm the order.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when it is confirmed in the app. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or repeated refusal to receive COD orders.
- Product availability and prices can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and cancel the affected item at no cost.
- Repeatedly refusing delivery of confirmed COD orders may lead to limits on your ability to place new orders.
4. Delivery area
Product delivery is currently available in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq: Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, and Halabja. Users elsewhere can use the education, community, and tracking features, but shop delivery will be unavailable. Delivery timelines shown in the app are estimates provided by our delivery partner and are not guaranteed.
5. Cancellations & returns
- You may cancel an order in the app while it is still pending (before it is processed for delivery).
- Return requests can be made after an order is delivered, through Shop → Orders → Request Return, within the window shown on the order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order reference.
- Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (for example, opened feeding or personal-care products); this is indicated on the product page.
- Approved returns are collected by our delivery partner, and the cash amount you paid is refunded after inspection.
6. Educational content — not medical advice
Important: Articles, courses, Quick Tips videos, community posts, and any other content in SuperParent are for general educational purposes only and are not medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified physician or specialist about your child's health, and seek emergency services immediately in an emergency. Never delay professional care because of something you read or watched in the app.
Milestone and growth references in the app are general guides — every child develops differently.
7. Expert consultations
- When available, SuperParent lets you book free informational video consultations with independent experts (for example, pediatricians or nutritionists).
- Experts are independent professionals, not SuperParent employees. Their guidance is informational and does not create a doctor–patient relationship, issue prescriptions, or replace in-person examination.
- Consultations are not for emergencies. Calls are not recorded by SuperParent.
8. Your content & community rules
You keep ownership of the content you post (posts, comments, photos, reviews, Quick Tips videos). By posting, you grant SuperParent a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so other users can see it. You can delete your content at any time, and it is removed when your account is deleted.
You agree not to post content that:
- is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening;
- is sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers children in any way;
- contains violence, self-harm content, or dangerous activities;
- gives specific medical diagnoses or dangerous health instructions;
- is spam, misleading advertising, or promotes other services without permission;
- infringes someone else's privacy or intellectual property — including posting photos of other people's children without consent;
- impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation.
Quick Tips videos are screened automatically before publication, and community content is subject to moderation. You can report any content in the app. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules, and where required we may report unlawful content to authorities.
9. Rewards & points
SuperParent may award points, badges, streaks, and redeemable rewards for in-app activity. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may adjust reward rules, correct erroneously granted points, or end the program with reasonable notice. Abuse of the rewards system (for example, fake activity) may lead to forfeiture of points or account suspension.
10. Our intellectual property
The SuperParent name, logo, app design, and all content we create (courses, articles, illustrations, software) are owned by SuperParent or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the app. You may not copy, modify, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the service or its content except as permitted by law.
11. Suspension & termination
- You may stop using SuperParent at any time and delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other users or staff, attempt to compromise the service's security, or engage in fraud.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licenses for already-shared content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.
12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
SuperParent is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep the service reliable and accurate, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content (including expert guidance and community posts) is complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperParent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including decisions made based on educational content or community posts. Our total liability for any claim related to a shop order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to the service or terms
We continuously improve SuperParent and may add, change, or remove features. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the "Effective date" above will always reflect the current version. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
